Q: How safe will the backup be?
A: It is never possible to guarantee that your backup will be available since it is stored on other users computers. However, distributing your backup to several users will greatly increase the safety of your data. It is recommended to have your backup distributed to at least two users.
The last login date displayed in the list of associated users will also give you a hint. If a user hasn't logged in for a long time you may consider removing it from the list.

Will anyone be able to read my files?
A: P2P Backup uses strong encryption to ensure that both the files as well as the filenames can be read only by you.
